This policy applies to the Beena Books website (beenabooks.in) and the Beena Books app.
1. Data we collect
- Email address
- Name
- User ID (created when you make an account)
- Purchase history (eBooks bought, order and payment references)
Card and UPI details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.
2. Why we collect it
- To sign you in and keep your account secure
- To deliver purchased eBooks in My Library
- To give order support
- To meet legal and tax requirements
We do not sell your data.
3. How to delete your data
- In the app or website: sign in, open Account and tap "Delete my account".
- Or submit a request on the Delete Account page.
- Or email us at beenabooks.in@gmail.com.
Deleting your account removes your login and profile. Basic order records may be kept only as long as required by law (tax/accounting).
